How To Install Synthetic Double-Ended Dreadlock Hair Extensions
You can install synthetic double-ended dreadlock hair extensions in a few simple steps.
1. Start by washing your hair with shampoo and conditioner. Rinse the shampoo and conditioner out of your hair and then dry it with a towel.
2. Use the comb attachment on your hair dryer to section off sections of your hair where you want to install the extensions in.
3. Take one piece of synthetic double-ended dreadlock hair extension, place it at the root of one section, and then secure it by holding it down on both ends until they are tucked into the root of your own natural hair (you can use bobby pins if you need them). Repeat this step for each section where you want to install extensions in until all sections are complete.
4. Once you have finished installing all of the extensions, use an elastic band or headband to tie back any loose strands so they don't get in your face while you're working or driving.
5. If you need to iron your hair, do it with the end of a ballpoint pen (don't use an electric one), and don't use any heat on it, just a cool iron.
6. Do not use anything but the tip of the pen to push back your bangs or forehead hairs while you are working or driving; use fingers and/or a comb if they're sticking up too much when you're done.
